Terms of Service

1. Subscription & cancellation
Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use Vertah for as long as your subscription is active, subject to these terms. Billing recurs monthly; you may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Vertah lawfully. This includes using the store database and any outreach in compliance with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations), and respecting third-party store content and intellectual property when generating assets. You are responsible for how you use generated assets and how you contact prospects.
3. Plans & billing
Vertah is offered on monthly subscription plans — currently Starter ($99/month) and Pro ($297/month). Plan features and prices are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Your plan renews automatically each month until cancelled.
4. Refunds & guarantee
Our 30-day Holiday Client Guarantee applies as described on the site: if you use Vertah as intended and do not land at least one client worth a minimum of $500 by December 31st, you may request a full refund. Refund requests are handled through support.
5. Third-party content & AI output
Vertah generates assets based on inputs you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the source material you process and for reviewing generated output before commercial use.
6. Limitation of liability
Vertah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
